Welcome to Network Defense Solutions, Inc.! Before using our on-site service services, please carefully read the following Terms of Service. By accessing or using our website, it's features and/or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services

Network Defense Solutions, Inc. provides a web form for collecting user information necessary for billing a call-out fee. By filling out the form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for billing purposes. This fee is non-refundable until services are rendered. Service call-out fees are deducted from all work provided by Network Defense Solutions, Inc. on the final bill / sale.

2. User Information

When using our web form, you will be asked to provide personal and/or billing information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, and payment details. By submitting this information, you consent to its use for billing purposes related to the call-out fee. Billing information will be handled through services such as PayPal or other billing services. Network Defense Solutions, Inc. WILL NOT store any of your credit card information.

3. Security

We take the security of your information seriously. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If this site does not have the HTTPS:// in the URL or is redirecting you to another payment page that is not a listed payment method or, the URL does not look familiar please close the window and contact us directly!

4. Billing

By submitting your information through our web form, you authorize Network Defense Solutions, Inc. to charge the call-out fee to the payment method provided. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with the service in accordance with the billing terms disclosed. An on-prem service representative will only be dispatched after payment is received, this may take longer than the suggested date / time selected for the on site visit due to bank transfer time(s). No exceptions.

5. Refunds

Refunds for the call-out fee are final. Once the form and date / time has been submitted you cannot cancel the request. Date(s) and, Time(s) can change for convenience of the customer or availability of Network Defense Solutions, Inc. However, once a request is made for an on-site technician the fee will not be credited back to you.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
